“Terms
and Conditions” for a more detailed explanation on Cancellation,
Rescheduling and Payments.
Cancellation
We believe it is the correct approach to
allow a couple the opportunity, after having studied all
of our plans and suggestions, to cancel the contract and
seek an alternative photographer without prejudice. And
this option applies to both parties. If we believe that
we cannot deliver on any proposal and/or we are unable to
find the required level of photographic opportunities at
the suggested venues, we will discuss these issues with
you and if in the unlikely event that a suitable solution
cannot be found then Cheeseright and Morte will cancel the
contract. We must reiterate, any payment made to cover the
cost of the pre-planning stage is not refundable as this
work has concluded.
Reschedule
If for whatever reason your ceremony has
to be rescheduled to another date then, providing we are
available, we will change our dates accordingly without
penalty. Any monies paid to Cheeseright and Morte will be
retained and further payments will continue when the next
payment schedule dates are reached.
Payment
In all cases, all monies owing to Cheeseright
and Morte must be paid in full at least 30 days before the
contracted date. However, as Civil Partnerships are booked
many months in advance of the contract date and to minimise
financial loss on our part, our payment terms are as follows:
If the contract date and Civil Partnership
Registration date are greater than 4 months apart, then
4 months prior to the Civil Partnership Registration date
25% of the total cost is due to be paid and an additional
25% of the total cost per month over the following 3 months.
If the contract date and Civil Partnership
Registration date are less than 4 months apart, then an
immediate payment is due and the value of the first payment
will be equal to the number of months remaining.
If the contract date and Civil Partnership
Registration dates are less than 30 days apart then full
payment is due immediately.
In all cases, once a payment has been made
then this money cannot be refunded and the final payment
will be minus any deposits already received.
