The big day and time for all our detailed planning to be put into action. We will arrive at each of our allotted venues well ahead of time to make sure that all is well and if necessary, incorporate any last minute changes. Yes, they do happen!

As for you, just enjoy the day. You have worked long and hard towards this day so don’t let anything spoil this perfect moment. We for one will not get in your way and will carefully go through our storyboard as originally planned.

But what do we provide on this special day (including the preceding days) and how does this equate to what we charge? Well, here is a breakdown at each stage of the day (this is a rough outline as each ceremony will be different):

1. Couple Preparations - Partner 1 - If we have to use a 2nd photographer, because of time constraints, distance or other factors, then the fee increases to the second rate for this session. The session to include:
1. All preparations by Partner and party
2. Departure

3. Registration - this includes the following:
1. Arrival of partners at the Registry Office
2. Service (where permitted to take photographs)
3. Signing of register (usually after the formalities, sometimes during depending on permission)
4. Exit from Registry Office
5. Formal shots – as per an agreed schedule
6. Formal or Lifestyle shots of the couple
7. Departure
4. Ceremony - this includes all the practice shoots and the following:
1. Arrival of partners
2. Ceremonial Service
3. Speeches
4. Celebrations
5. Guests
5. Extended Evening - this includes:
1. Photograph guests
2. Cover all evening entertainments
