| Now
this appeared sooner than you expected didn’t it. And the
reason for this is simple.
We have discussed all the requirements at
the Pre-Plan stage, submitted our Proposal to you, have
completed the Practice Shoot, delivered a series of practice
pictures on CD/DVD and have put together a photographic
storyboard for the day. On the actual day, we will photograph
exactly as planned from the storyboard, so we (that’s a
collective “we”, you and us) already know exactly what the
final Album will look like (baring contingency plans - but
then, even those options have been discussed).
When all the actual photographs have been
taken and collected together (from the Practice Shoot, Rehearsal,
Pre-Shoot, Wedding Day and Post-Shoot) we (Cheeseright and
Morte “we”) can review our work and select the best pictures
to make-up your Album in accordance with our agreed storyboard.
Any other pictures that we may have taken previously and
agreed with you may also be used in the album (see ENGAGEMENT
for further information). Of course, we will take many other
miscellaneous abstract pictures throughout all our photo
sessions of which many of these unplanned items may also
find themselves in the final Album. We will use our skills
in photo manipulation to create a series of stunning pages
ready to be submitted to our external printer.
All of this takes time but we would hope
to have your Album ready by the time you return from honeymoon
(assuming a minimum two week holiday).
By this time, we would also hope to have
uploaded all pictures to a secure web site for viewing by
you. A “password” would have been agreed and allocated to
you well in advance of the big day. Nobody, other than yourselves
can view this site without knowledge of the “password”.
To allow your family, friends and guests
to view and purchase your pictures, simply circulate the
site location details along with the access “password” information.
Special arrangements can be made for those who do not have
access to the web.
