Wedding - Wedding Day        

The big day and time for all our detailed planning to be put into action. We will arrive at each of our allotted venues well ahead of time to make sure that all is well and if necessary, incorporate any last minute changes. Yes, they do happen!

As for you, just enjoy the day. You have worked long and hard towards this day so don’t let anything spoil this perfect moment. We for one will not get in your way and will carefully go through our storyboard as originally planned.

But what do we provide on this special day (including the preceding days) and how does this equate to what we charge? Well, here is a breakdown at each stage of the day (this is a rough outline as each wedding will be different):

  1. Bridal Preparations - 1st photographer. If we have to use a 2nd photographer, because of time constraints, distance or other factors, then the fee increases to the second rate for this session. The session to include:
    1. Bridal preparations, Bridesmaids and Bride’s family
    2. Bride's departure from home
  1. Groom Preparations - 2nd photographer. The session to include:
    1. Groom preparations, Best Man and friends / family
    2. Groom departure from home
  1. Ceremony - this includes all the practice photographs, rehearsals, etc., and the following:
    1. Arrival of Groom / Best Man
    2. Arrival of Bride and Bride entrance to church or registry office
    3. Service (where permitted to take photographs)
    4. Signing of register (usually after the formalities, sometimes during depending on permission)
    5. Exit from Church or Registry Office
    6. Formal photographs – as per an agreed schedule
    7. Formal or Lifestyle shots of Bride and Groom
    8. Departure
  1. Reception - this includes:
    1. Guest line
    2. Wedding breakfast
    3. Speeches
    4. Cutting the cake(real)
    5. First dance
    6. Guests
  1. Extended Evening - this includes:
    1. Photograph guests
    2. Cover all evening entertainments
